The innovative MCY 70, like all Monte Carlo Yachts, was built for safe and comfortable cruising. A light, Italian contemporary finish can be found throughout the yacht, accented by high-end fittings and fixtures. The main deck with galley up and opening bi-fold doors to the aft deck creates a fantastic space for entertaining. The main deck is totally integrated, perfect for all occasions. Bose sound systems and pop-up flat screen TVs, a wine fridge and dedicated storage for crockery and glass wear are added amenities. The open galley is fitted with all the latest appliances, full-sized domestic refrigeration and an elevated dinette to port.
A total of four luxurious cabins welcomes up to eight guests while two separate crew cabins will keep the crew happy on longer journeys. The master offers a suspended queen bed lit by LEDs. This space is flanked by giant circular hull windows and a sofa with a view. The en-suite bathroom has twin marble his-and-hers sinks, a bidet and large glass shower with an oversized shower rose. The VIP cabin has a double bed with beautiful en-suite. The twin cabin to port and bunk cabin to starboard both also offer en-suite bathrooms with the starboard also acting as the day head. The yacht’s flybridge is covered by a lightweight carbon top with an integrated sunroof provides protection from the elements when you need it. There is an open aft deck on the flybridge which features a wet bar and ice machine. The transom has a high-capacity hydraulic platform for tender launch or easy entry to water for the swimmers while the bow has a shaded seating area and sound system.
Wasana is powered by twin V8, 1,200 hp MAN engines for a top speed of 30 knots and a cruising speed of 25 knots for up to 280 nautical miles. The onboard systems are powered by twin 20kw generators with the ability to run all onboard systems from a single generator. The yacht is outfitted with upgraded electronics and automated features including twin Sea Keeper gyro stabilizers, tropical air conditioning throughout, including crew quarters, 600kg hydraulic swim platform, bow and stern thrusters, dual Racor filters and oil change system, joystick manoeuvring controls on main deck and flybridge, upgraded Raymarine electronics with AIS, engine room camera and aft camera.
