It has been announced by Singapore Yacht Show that in 2014 The Superyacht Group will join, assuming the role as the show’s Industry Media Partner. The Superyacht Report and The Superyacht Owner are two of its leading industry publications.
Their SuperyachtNews.com will in an exciting first be teaming up with SuperYachtTimes.com to run a dedicated Singapore Yacht Show News Centre. The news centre will allow SuperyachtNews.com to publish video content direct from the event providing the latest insights into what’s happening at the event, as well as opinions and analysis from the industry’s most recognised personalities.
The show will also be awarded the same unrivalled online and social media coverage that The Superyacht Group reserves for the industry’s biggest events.
The forthcoming Singapore Yacht Show takes place at the Oneo15 Marina Club from 10 to 13 April 2014. The profile of the show has grown significantly in the last 18 months, and is now considered the superyacht industry’s premier platform for the Asian market, writes SuperyachtNews.com.
Commenting on the growing importance of establishing a significant presence in Singapore, The Superyacht Group’s chairman, Martin H Redmayne said: “We conducted a huge piece of research on Asia last year and feel we are now ready to engage with this vast marketplace. Doing it in collaboration with our friends at SuperYachtTimes is all about efficiency and effectiveness. The Asian market needs to be educated as to the possibilities the superyacht industry offers, and how to develop a stable business model. And equally, the onus is on us as an industry to learn and understand what the Asian market expects from us. “We feel that together in partnership we are very well placed to deliver the right information and intelligence to the industry, to the buyers and to the regions. We look forward to working with Singapore Yacht Show as our first strategic move into Asia.”
And reflecting on his company’s collaboration with The Superyacht Group, SuperYachtTimes.com MD, Merijn de Waard said he was excited about its potential: “It’s very exciting for us because we’ve known The Superyacht Group for many years and we’re effectively working along the same lines, which is to better the superyacht industry.“
Also belonging to the group is SuperyachtIndex.com, actively promoted across each of its main content-rich websites, where any business that operates in the superyacht industry can register for free (or buy packages.) Related listings appear in each news story and are searchable using each site’s search box.
The Superyacht Group have over the past 20 years dedicated their global media channels to educating, informing and advising all sectors of the superyacht market. Their expert team has the unstinting passion for their core mission to build a better superyacht market. From expert journalism, to instant on-line news coverage, from face-to-face networking to luxury communication tools, from global conference platforms to exclusive private communities, no other media group provides such a concentrated and focused mix of superyacht marketing and information channels, states the Superyacht Group. Through personal service and long standing relationships with the business leaders in the industry, it understands what the superyacht market needs.
